Document Management Engineer

Are you ready to play a key role in shaping and supporting global document management platforms? We are currently looking for a Technical Document Management Specialist for one of our international enterprise clients. This role requires strong IT knowledge and hands-on experience with platforms like DocuSign, SmartComm, or similar solutions.

In this role, you will drive the continuous improvement of platforms that support the full document lifecycle, including generation, capture, archiving, and signing. You will be part of a global, agile team, collaborating with internal stakeholders, architects, IT professionals, and suppliers across multiple regions.



Key Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments
* Strong knowledge of DocuSign, SmartComm, or similar platforms
* Experience with C#, .NET, PowerShell, and working with APIs
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
* Strong communication skills and fluency in English
* Proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn new technologies



Nice to Have:

* Experience with ServiceNow
* Scrum certification
* DevOps or automation experience to reduce operational workload and enhance user experience
