Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to guide the direction of complex IT solutions across multiple DevOps teams. You'll play a key role in shaping scalable, integrated architectures that align with both technical and business needs.

Key responsibilities:

Define and maintain the architectural roadmap across multiple teams.
*

Design and communicate end-to-end solutions, collaborating with fellow architects, product owners, developers, and other business and IT stakeholders.
*

Coach and support squads throughout the engineering lifecycle, providing guidance from design to implementation.
*

Act as a sparring partner on complex engineering decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.

Portfolio management - enabling strategic decision-making through scalable, cross-domain solutions.

Implementation management - driving consistent and controlled deployment processes across squads.
*

Third-party tooling integration - building robust and secure interfaces between internal systems and external platforms.

Experience in one or more of these areas is a strong advantage.

Your profile:

*

At least 8 years of experience in IT, including 3+ years in a Solution Architecture role within a complex, enterprise environment.
*

Solid understanding of DevOps practices; familiarity with Azure DevOps is preferred.
*

Strong grasp of architectural methods, frameworks, and modelling techniques.
*

Capable of overseeing wide functional domains and assessing the impact of design decisions.
*

Comfortable working hands-on when needed to support analysis or delivery efforts.
*

Skilled in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*

Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and influence decision-making.
*

Engineering background that enables you to challenge developers constructively and assess solution quality.
*

Experience with platform engineering is a plus.
