The first contact between Martin and Nasín dates back some time. Although they did not find the right placement at the time, it marked the beginning of a lasting relationship. She stayed in regular contact with Martin, discussing not only his professional goals but also his development and ambitions.
“Even after things didn’t work out the first time, Nasín didn’t simply disappear, as is the case with most recruiters,” Martin recalls. “She stayed in touch, asked about my career plans, and showed genuine interest in what I wanted to do next. That made all the difference.”
When Martin became dissatisfied with his position at the time, it was precisely this continued support and open communication that led them to explore new opportunities together.
