Analyste Fonctionnel (Junior)

xFor a client of Spilberg in the energy sector, we are looking for a Junior IT Functional Analyst to strengthen the team working on the CMS 2.0 programme.This programme supports the evolution of energy market communication processes and the integration of the associated business processes and IT systems. You will act as a link between business and IT teams, combining functional analysis, testing and coordination.Your responsibilitiesFunctional Analysis:

• Analyse business needs and functional requirements related to the CMS 2.0 programme.
• Identify the impact of changes on market communication processes and systems, particularly SAP IS-U.
• Document business requirements, business rules, functional specifications and processes.
• Analyse issues relating to MIG6/MIG-DGO flows, data and interfaces between CMS and the back-end systems.
• Identify dependencies, risks and topics requiring functional decisions.Testing & Validation
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases and test data.
• Participate in SIT and UAT campaigns, particularly for integrations between CMS and the back-end systems.
• Analyse test results, document discrepancies and follow up on defects.
• Maintain functional documentation and provide support during deployments.Coordination & Collaboration
• Work closely with business, IT, testing and application experts.
• Participate in Atrias working groups and internal coordination meetings.
• Communicate progress, risks, open issues and pending decisions clearly.

Your profile:

• Initial experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Experience analysing and structuring business requirements.
• Experience with SAP IS-U in the energy sector.
• Operational knowledge of energy market processes and the MIG6/MIG-DGO protocol.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured functional requirements.
• French proficiency at CEFR level C2.Nice to have
• Experience with SIT/UAT testing and defect tracking.
• Knowledge of Jira, TOPdesk or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of BPMN and/or UML and process-modelling tools.
• English proficiency at CEFR level B2.Your personal skills
• Strong analytical and structured approach.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
