Vibe Group is an international technology consulting organization with a strong local presence in Belgium.Within Vibe Group, Spilberg focuses on building sustainable partnerships around software engineeringand R&D; teams. With the appointment of a Client Solutions Lead, we are taking a strategic next steptowards becoming a fully established technology consultancy. This is a visible and impactful role with significant growth potential within the group.Your Role

  • Leading face-to-face client meetings, independently or together with sales
  • Analyzing the challenges within our clients' software and R&D; teams
  • Identifying opportunities for collaboration and translating them into concrete solutions
  • Acting as the technical and project-related point of contact for the client once collaboration takes shape
  • Developing tailored proposals aligned with the client's needs
  • Overseeing scope, team composition, approach and feasibility
  • Maintaining a helicopter view while having sufficient technical depth to engage meaningfully with stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with Practice Leads, Client Solutions Leads and colleagues across different Vibe Group brandsKey ResponsibilitiesClient Strategy & Advisory
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients and help shape their technology roadmap and project approach
  • Translate client needs into concrete technical and organizational solutions
  • Support pre-sales conversations and strategic client discussions together with sales teamsSolution Design & Delivery
  • Define the structure of collaborations including scope, delivery model and team composition
  • Create structured proposals, assessments and solution designs tailored to the client context
  • Ensure feasibility and alignment between client expectations and delivery capabilitiesCollaboration & Market Development
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Spilberg and other Vibe Group brands
  • Contribute to cross-brand initiatives and strengthen our positioning in the technology consulting market
  • Stay informed on technology trends and market developments that shape client demandWhat Defines You
  • Experience with project management and project estimation (budget, timeline and team composition)
  • Broad technical knowledge such as software architecture, modern programming languages, cloud and DevOps
  • Ability to engage in technical discussions while maintaining a strategic and solution-oriented mindset
  • Commercial mindset without a hard-sales approach
  • Strong communication with developers, management and C-level stakeholders
  • Ability to build structured documentation, assessments and proposals
  • Creative thinking and a strong growth mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Strong team player who enjoys working in complementary teams
  • Fluent in Dutch and preferably trilingual
